EZ-0526 is an air bearing linear stage with a high resolution encoder and an iron free linear motor. The stage is dedicated for dynamic high accuracy applications in respect to step response, constant velocity and straightness. The system is entirely contact free and requires no maintenance. The air bearings are coated with an effective dry running coating and thus are very fail save. All materials and surfaces are clean room suitable. Because of its entirely contact free running properties there is no wear ore abrasion.
